Network Delivery Manager (infrastructure delivery)
Network Delivery Manager - Kerpen/Germany - 490 Euros Per day
Start Date: February 2018
Contract length: 5 Months plus extensions
An experienced Network Delivery Manager is required to join the second largest cable operators in Germany providing successful delivery management of core network infrastructure.
Your main responsibility as a Network Delivery Manager would be to manage the work requests to the handover of deployed network infrastructure to operations while implementing the management of our delivery partners.
Your daily duties as a Network Delivery Manager would be to:
- To manage the delivery of core network infrastructure complex, low-volume or non-standard work orders.
- Proactively identify risks, define and perform mitigating actions.
- Engage with design, build and deploy stakeholders to provide the required delivery outcomes
- Establish and maintain the required work requests, trackers, issues, risks, resources, change and cost documentation.
- Responsible for the delivery of core network infrastructure multiple work orders that are grouped into design, build and deployment projects
- Create and develop effective relationships with all necessary partners.
- Representative TSSEB on the in-country technical leadership team and attend the TLT meetings.
The ideal Network Delivery Manager will possess these core skills:
- Experience of network infrastructure delivery within telecoms environment.
- PMO or Portfolio Management experience
- Project management experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office packages
- Knowledge of ticketing tools preferably (eg JIRA)
- Fluent German (written and spoken)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
