My client, a leading German telecommunication provider, is currently looking for an reporting specialist to support customer operations. The project is set to be at the company's service center in Bochum and starts from for the duration of 5 months.
Reporting Specialist
Client: Leading German telecommunication provider
Purpose: Creation of analyzes/reports within the field of customer operations. This task is mainly within the field of technical assignments.

Responsibilities:
- Creation of meaningful analyzes, reports and dashboards for the field of technical assignments
- Autonomous execution of complex analyzes based on the enterprise-wide data warehouse and large amounts of data from other sources
- Simplification and automation of reporting processes
- Contact person and interface of the Customer Operations managers, other support units and the DWH and company controlling for the technical reporting area
Requirements:
- CV evident knowledge of handling of Business Objects
- Very profound SQL knowledge regarding queries (no developer knowledge)
- University degree in business administration or (business) computer science
- Several years of project experience in reporting and analysis for modern customer service organizations
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience in working with heterogeneous data landscapes
- Experience in creating requirements for the data warehouse
- Very good German language skills (interface function completely in German)
- Can-requirements and -qualifications (nice-to-have):
- Previously successfully implemented projects for analysis and data visualization, ideally with Qlik Sense, Tableau or SAS Visual Analytics
Additional information:
- Remote: one day per week upon consultation
- Extension option: yes, depending on the project timeline
- Travel activities: bi-weekly business trips to Kerpen/Heidelberg
