Project description:
Enhancement and Optimization of the Oracle Transport Management Systems (OTM) in Europe with the target of complete and consistent freight cost settlement.
Task description:
Consult in the OTM Enhancement Project, Integration of OTM in SAP-based logistics and finance processes, covering the modes of transport parcel, air and sea.
- As is Analysis of existing Transportation planning processes
- Analysis of weak points in freight cost settlement
- Definition and Documentation of template processes for new modes of transport
- Setup of transportation networks in OTM
- Training of Key users
- Knowledge Transfer to the new Business Process Owner Logistic Execution
