Your tasks
• Support Project Level Governance control procedures for managing portfolio wide initiatives
• Produce Project Level Reporting to ensure projects progress against key criteria
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Ensure alignment and compliance to the Programme Governance Framework
• Support Business Management procedures to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and monitoring of actuals to budget
• Complete quality assurance review checks to monitor the quality of project reporting and deliverables to drive improvements across the portfolio
• Lead and drive cross-functional project delivery process improvements within the portfolio

Your profile
• Excellent PMO skills
• Understanding of waterfall and agile delivery methods
• Know-how in DataCore, Excel, Pivot, SharePoint, PowerPoint and ThinkCell
• Fluent in English and German
