SAP Anwenderbetreuer (User Advisor) - 4 Ressourcen
Für unseren Kunden im Raum München suche wir aktuell nach externer Unterstützung für folgende Bereiche:
Aufgaben:
* Be a key member of team and so follow backlog and development
* Report to product owner/team, x-functional test manager for testing
* Define and manage country project team and key-user involvement in agile teams
* Ensure country project team and key-users are aware of the progress, planning and the solution on a level of detail as required
* Transfer solution knowledge from the central team to the country project team and key-users
* Define, prepare and subsequently train or manage the training for country project team and key-users
* Country test planning and coordination (test cases, testing, issues, documentation)
* Support training x-function coordinator to ensure country teams are establishing a steady state training solution to be able to upscale training as required for ramp-up
* Identify "reasonable" training and user testing elements on a monthly basis together with product owner
* Manage and provide end-to-end training & testing in continuous collaboration with other user advisors cross teams
Profil:
* Must: Training (methodology) knowledge/experience
* Must: User Acceptance Testing knowledge/experience
* Should: SAP knowledge (MM/SD/FI)
* Should: Communication/stakeholder management skills
* Nice to have: 3-6 year work experience in an IT supply chain project environment
* Nice to have: Agile development experience
Die Ressourcen werden für einen Start ab sofort eingesetzt und erhalten eine Beauftragung für 5 Tage pro Woche bis zum 30.09.2018 + Option auf Verlängerung.
