My Client is looking for several Business Analysts to join the business on an innovative CRM project based in Germany. My Client is a big supplier of these systems to many financial and banking companies around the world but you will be working in either the Frankfurt or Hamburg office. The teams range from 8 15 people and as a Business Analyst you will be making sure everyone is in line with the project and on track, liasoning between all teams to make sure everyone is going at the right time and generally keeping everything on target. The project is running agile and has 6 teams in total, there are several Business Analysts already scheduled but they need more. The company is very multi cultural and the only language needed is English but if you know German that is a plus. Currently there is only 1 interview stage which is Via skype with the managing director of the European division and this can be scheduled quickly.. There are 2 starting dates - ideally the 22nd of Jan and the 2nd of February but if you are the right candidate they will be willing to wait a few weeks to get you on board. The best thing about this business working for them as a Business Analyst is that they are very flexible, You can work 4 days in office and 1 day at home, they pay your travel expenses and if you have to relocate from another country or just want to drive they will cover costs of Hotels, Fuel ect.... Very good Extras!!! If you have experience within the Banking or Credit Card sector that is a massive plus but not necessary. The main CRM system is an online Banking portal for their customers, so when people need to log in and interact with there bank digitally they will be using my Clients software to make contact with their bank.
