Scrum Master Agile Coach
Scrum Master Agile Coach urgently required for exciting opportunity in Munich, Germany 6 month rolling.
The Scrum master Agile coach will be Responsible for the following:
- Coaching of delivery team
- support in driving the change of mindset with new delivery approach and challenging the vendor of agile delivery/concepts.
- Provide agile coaching to the delivery team.
- Challenging vendor with agile delivery/concepts.
- Support in driving the change of mindset throughout the organization
The Scrum Master Agile Coach will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Strong experience in Agile Methodology (best case SAfe 4.5)
- Experience of conducting coaching of agile methodology for teams as given below
- introduction of Agile and employee education
- Fostering teams and cultures that practice Agile
- Sustaining Agile methodologies
- Continually offering strategies for improvement
- Certified as Scrum Master and other necessary agile certifications, PMP and/or PRINCE2
- Successful track record in delivery major projects applying agile/scrums
- Change Management
- Experience in SAP HANA and Data Warehousing projects
