Senior Business Analyst - Cologne/Germany
Start date: Immediate
Rate: 550 P/d
An experienced business analyst is required to join the second largest cable operator in Germany
The main goal of this role is to be responsible for delivering expert business analysis, strategic assessments and deliverables for projects/programs.
The ideal business analyst will possess these core skills:
- Business analysis tools and techniques
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communication, and presentation skills
- Stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Hosted PBX knowledge
- Telecommunications background or prior experience working within environment
- Fluent English (German language skills Ideally)
- Knowledge of project delivery life cycle
Education/qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or IT preferred
- Experience in a multi-disciplined and commercial environment
Job overview
Based in Germany, your day to day activities as a business analyst will include understanding and clarifying the businesses goals and objectives behind the project, providing input on benefits, solutions and all other appropriate analytical activities to determine key issues and risks.
As a business analyst you will also engage with stakeholders to obtain input and commitment to changes and improvements, while managing the requirements throughout the project life cycle. You will work with the assigned manager to identify the need for the introduction of new business processes and updates to existing processes, work with the assigned manager to ensure that proposed User Acceptance Testing of changes is reflective of the production environment and requirements coverage.
