SAP Supplier Manager Germany based
Your responsibilities will be:
- Run Strategic/Tactical Supplier Management & maintain our supplier portfolio
- Support in Global Supplier selection & rate card negotiation
- Support in Global Supplier network management (strategic planning per supplier, individual supplier performance management; supplier visits, relationship building)
- Support in accounting and controlling
- Support in alignment with regional SAP stakeholders
- Alignment with SAP's Global Purchasing Organization (GPO)
- Support purchasing guidelines
- Support in supplier portfolio analysis and evaluate strategic development of suppliers
- Run Operational Supplier Management
- Escalation Management
- Resourcing (bid process)
- Purchase order handling and staffing
- Supplier On-boarding & Supplier performance management
- troubleshooting & Escalation handling
- Accounting and controlling (time recording management, cost allocation procedures)
- Reporting
- Flexibility to work with different time zones and regions and to handle multiple complex topics in parallel
- Analytical thinking and decision making ability
- Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex environments
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a dynamic & global team
- Ability to establish solid working relationships with team members, suppliers and peer teams.
- Languages: Perfect command (verbal and written) of German and English (additional language is a plus)
- Willingness to travel & Intercultural competences
