Task description
• Harmonization of Implementation across PBC Int. Countries controlled
• Risk / Issue Management, Status Reporting, Dependencies, Planning and Milestones Tracking, Team Plan creation, Budget Forecasts (dbClarity) performed
• Resource Onboarding / Off-Boarding incl. sDoD Remote Connection performed
• KPI-based Tracking for country activities established (Development, Testing etc)
• Change Governance Framework artefacts created, maintained &tracked
• Multi-Country Stakeholder Management performed
• Steering Committee and other meetings Presentations &Minutes prepared
• Department Financials CTB, RTB &LCM (dbClarity) maintained
• Daily extractions of data, ad-hoc preparation of information prior to meetings prepared

Qualifications
• Project management skills
• PM tools like dbClarity, MS Project, Powerpoint, Excel tec.
• English language spoken fluently
• Capacity to interact with people in different countries / cultures
