Task description
• Define and analyse a big picture of CRM Communication (anlyse and check send-out reports, clean-up of lists)
• Ensure clean technical processes through error cause analysis and removal with the IT and Processes Department
• Development of Communication Standards (language & layout guide book)
• Development of Standards for Communication Lifecycles (e.g. Onboarding/Engagement Journeys for all LC)
• Introducing KPIS for communication and removal non-value activities
• Investigation of new communication channels

Qualifications
• Severeal years of experience in the field of Communication / CRM
• Profound knowledge of CRM / Communication systems
• Strong analytical skills and goal oriented personality
• Fluent German and English skills
