Project Description & Motivation
Our client plans to integrate 3rd Party Content Providers like Netflix or Deezer. To enable billing we have to align and integrate the solution with the already existing customer solution.

Enable billing for third parties (e.g. Netflix, Deezer) over the customer bill.

Job Overview
The customer is looking for a Business Analyst to develop Detailed Solution Design Document
- The Business Analyst helps to support and maximize the effectiveness of the Product Owner, supporting the creation of user stories to an adequate level of granularity, assessing options for technical and business feasibility, and ensuring development is aligned to business outcomes
- This role is responsible providing business information during release and iteration planning, as well as supporting the review, refine and reprioritization of the release backlog
- This role provides regular feedback by testing deliverables against a user story’s acceptance criteria and provides regular feedback by validating that the product meets the business goals
- This role is responsible for supporting everyday reporting, facilitation, and communication

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Product Owner to clarify goals and business value outcomes
- Work with the Product Owner to define and prioritize the user stories aligned to the capability roadmap, providing a systems perspective
- Ensure user stories are broken down to an adequate level of detail for execution by engineering
- Clarify user stories questions with team members
- Support the development of and execution of acceptance tests based on acceptance criteria, verifying stories meet acceptance criteria
- Work with Product Owner to review, update and reprioritize team backlog
- Analyze and report delivery risks and opportunities
- Facilitate engagement with stakeholders for communications and decision-making
- Continuously update the delivery team in case of business changes

- Track record in IT solution design and development (java, PHP)
- Ability to facilitate communication and team up with colleagues

Functional & Technical / Skills:
- User story definition and refinement and team backlog management
- Agile software development environment and methods, e.g. Scrum, TDD, BDD, Kanban
- Business and systems analysis in a large digital environment
- Development of software systems in Web-scale environments
- User and technical acceptance test design, execution, and validation
- Market research, design thinking, and lean start-up methods (MVPs)
- Customer experience design of digital products and services
- Analytics / AB / multivariate testing and related tools
- Data-driven decision making
- Expertise in supporting team facilitation and management tools, e.g. JIRA/Confluence, MS Project

Credentials & Experience
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
- Two or more years of experience in supporting successful delivery in Business Analysis (or equivalent role) across full product lifecycles, from MVP to marketable products in iterations, including support transition
- Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, BDD and ATDD
- Experience in the use of analytics and AB / multivariate testing preferred
- Experience managing senior stakeholders
- Professional experience and knowledge of the Telecommunications industry strongly preferred
- JIRA/Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent experience preferred
