For our client in Milan, Italy, we are looking for a Project Manager. The project is on L3 support in area of Assurance on various Tools. PM’s role is to take and process all demand from business; qualify the demand according to given standards; assign the solution designer; prepare the project plans with offshore teams and report it to project stakeholders and to ensure time and quality of the delivery as well as the handoverTasks:
• Act as first line contact and SPoC for all customer lifecycle managers for all customer tools in scope
• Handle incoming requests and demands
• Develop processes further on local needs in alignment with the stakeholder
• Manage the offshore teams during project phases
• Report project status to stakeholders
• Do handover at project end and support VF and L3 team during warranty in case of issues
• Manage Risks and Lessons learned from each project, following Problem cases
• Stand in for Senior Project Manager during absence
• Manage long term, sustainable relationships with Customer’s lifecycle managers and other stakeholders on his level
Desired key skills:
• Italian Language (Fluent in written and speaking)
• English language (Good in written and speaking)
• Project management skills (e.g. PMP, Prince or others)
• Understanding of Operations and Assurance processes in telecommunication industry
• Ability to understand quickly demands and learn on existing customer environments
• Ability to work in international teams on different locations
