Business Analyst (Telecom)
One of the leading telecom companies is currently seeking for a German speaking Business Analyst to work on a 12 month rolling contract in Munich, Germany.
As a German speaking Business Analyst, you will be required to be skilled within the following:
- 5-8 years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong Working experience in Telecom IT domain, especially in Number management/portability area (preferably having knowledge in Germany telecom regulations), BSS/CRM
- Business Requirement analysis (experience in coordinating with different IT/Business groups for gathering and analysing requirement/IT impacts, creating solution specification documents and user stories, verify solutions developed from user/business requirement perspective)
- Understanding of IT high level architecture, different Web/Batch etc. data interfaces and integration, ERD
- German speaker is a must
Secondary/Good to have skills:
- Working experience in Technical/Functional transformation projects (eg technical platforms upgrades/migrations, functional rationalization, IT/Business process automation)
- Agile methodology
- Working experience in workflow modelling tools, Frontend design concepts, Java design patterns
