Our client, a global leading telecommunication company is recruiting for a Device Marketing Procurement Manager to join their business in Germany.

Position Title: Device Marketing Procurement Manager
Position Type: 2 years fixed term contract

Responsibilities:
- Supplier qualification
-- Potential supplier information collection, identification, on-site visit
-- Supple pool setup and supplier mapping

- Supplier selection
-- Selection strategy initiation, report and selection implementation and selection result report
-- Contract drafting, negotiation, review, signing and archive

- Procurement execution
-- Purchase Order(PO) creation, review, issue, check, archive and tracing
-- Projects track and trace

- Category management
-- Procurement category search and strategy initiation

- Supplier management
- Internal control

Qualifications:
- Fluent English and German knowledge
- 4 + years of procurement experience within german market
- Experienced in one or two marketing categories such as PR, advertising, media buying, field marketing, event /exhibition, social media, etc.
- Skilled to operate the computer and general office software (Office, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Hard working, team player with ability to handle and work under pressure
- Proactive work attitude
