Payroll ManagerWe are currently recruiting for our client, a leading provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims processing industry, for an Payroll Manager to join their team in Neuss.

Position Title: Payroll Manager

Responsibilities:
Support the monthly payroll processing of all salary information including, but not limited to:
- Work closely with HR to ensure all relevant employee data is received in time
- Administration of employee personal files and any other relevant payroll documentation
- Ensure all necessary data is received for ad hoc monthly changes and entered into the payroll system
- Monitoring outgoing payments (salaries, taxes, social security, pension insurances, business expense reimbursements, vacation payments etc.)
- Payroll reporting for Finance
- Monitor and remain completely up-to-date with all legislative changes
- Respond to all queries from employees, authorities and managers
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a payroll function
- Experience with SmartPay LOGA preferred
- Good MS Excel experience
- Expertise in German payroll legislation
- Fluency in English & German language
