Senior PMO

For our client a well known international IT company, we are looking for a Senior PMO to help coordinating their infrastructure stream projects. Mainly for operational support, Back Office and to scale out the project manager.
Description:
- Developing project and programme structures and ensuring accountability
- Providing the function for managing documentation, project history and organizational knowledge (sharepoint, confluence)
- Gathering data about project progress and producing reports and maintain the project plan
- Assist the program by identifying project level milestones and integrating them into an overall program level plan (MS Project)
- PMO resource also monitors schedule variances and recommends corrective action.
- Managing dependencies across multiple projects
- Risk/Issue/Scope management
- The PMO resource supports individual projects by identifying and evaluating risk, issues and change requests to a program. The PMO resource manages the specific reviews and documents key decisions
- Time and budget tracking
- Workshop support (preparation and documentation)
- Communications Meeting and Management by supporting the communications plan: content, audience
- The PMO will also assist the program manager in developing necessary communications to program stakeholders
- Tools: MS Project, Confluence, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Excel
