Responsibilities:
- Review of existing processes and procedures to identify adjustment needs in terms of a.) new product requirements and b.) efficiency gains/potentials (in the context of the new CRM system)
- Development of new target processes and familiarization with IT system requirements
- Development of proposals for necessary organizational changes
- Management of the IT architecture discussion within the framework of the system implementation and also with regard to future further development of the product portfolio
- High-quality management of individual program modules according to common project management methodologies
- Professional project management of internal departments (eg, engineering) and external companies (eg, suppliers) until project completion
- Creation and execution of presentations
Requirements and qualifications:
- Multiple years' experience in the design of processes within the telecommunications sector, both in the GoToMarket as well as in delivery and customer service (Evident in the CV)
- Experience in marketing, sales and product management within the B2B and B2C sector
- Project experience with the implementation of processes in connection with CRM systems (if possible from the telecommunications industry)
- Ideally experienced in the implementation and migration of CRM systems (not necessarily Salesforce)
- Relevant project management and change management experience, incl. Conflict management
- Project management experience in large projects and programs
- Experience with the process and organizational development of fast-growing organizations
- Project experience in the subject of professional and personal coaching of specialists as well as executives
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel
