The SECOND largest cable operator in germany is looking for an experienced Process and Organisation Manager to join there forever growing team.
Working on a large CRM project in the B2B area this business process manager will be responsible for:
- The review of existing processes and ways of working to identify adjustment needs.
- Development of new target processes and familiarization with IT system requirements
- Deevelopement of proposals for necessary organisational changes
- Management of IT architecture discussion
- High-quality management of individual program modules
- Project management of internal departments and external companies
the ideal Process and Organisation Manager will possess these core skills:
- Previous design process experience within telecoms sector
- Experience in marketing, sales and product management within the B2B and B2C sector
- In-depth CRM systems project experience
- Project management and change management experience
- Project experience in professional and personal coaching of specialists and executives
- Fluent in English and German both written and spoken.
- Willing to travel
Travel Share: strong travel share between Heidelberg and Amsterdam,therefore looking for someone who is willing to travel, travel outside of Cologne will be expensed.
