Task:Project Management and Business Analysis in Abonnement Business!
• Independent execution of quantitative and qualitative analyzes of the course of business in the areas of CRM & Sales
• Definition, interpretation and provision of business ratios in regular reports
• Presentation of insights as well as derivation of recommendations for action or potentials vis-à-vis the management
• Monitoring of commercially important KPIs
• Business Forecasting and forecasting and planning of hardware, e.g. receivers
• Assessment and optimization of commercial activities
Requirements (Must have):
• Several years of relevant professional experience as well as a good understanding of the processes, key figures and trends in the areas of CRM & Sales
• First experience with subscription business best possible in pay-TV area
• Very good analytical skills, high affinity and understanding of complex relationships
• Very high standards of accuracy and your own quality of work
• Very good understanding of factors influencing performance
Analysis:
• Communication Audit: provide overview on quantitative & qualitative information on what documents are in each system
• Achieve documentation stakeholder visibility
• KPI Development: Drive analysis when and why our comms trigger SR and how costs can be saves through call reduction
• Drive analysis where and why we lose customers, due to lack or inconsistency of information
