Tasks
Functional lead of the technical project team
- Is responsible for agreeing and approving requirements with regarding stakeholders, eg
external and internal customers, with regard to electronic control units and systems, and is
responsible for the requirements engineering & management in the project
- Manage assigned RFQ and development projects towards committed project targets in terms of
timing, cost and functionality
- Establish and maintain project development plans including project schedules, resource
requirements, project cost forecast etc.) using standard documents
- Assess, evaluate and communicate project risks and establish mitigation plans
- Lead the project team by defining roles responsibilities within the project, assigning project
tasks, follow them up and establishing project internal communication routines
- Ensure that the project follows Pre APDS standards, respects regulation requirements and that
global and local process and tool standards are met as far as possible
- Ensure monitoring and communication of project progress to customer and to internal
engineering, sales and manufacturing organisations eg via TGRB), alert the organisation in case of
deviations of the project
- Identify and apply methods to increase quality, reduce cost time supporting lessons learned
process

Skills
Deep knowledge of
- University Degree in Electrical or IT Engineering, or appropriate experience in related position
- Communicative
- standing in front of the customer/upper management
- ready to travel (all in all about 6 weeks per year)
Management and relational skills required for the job
- Leadership, coaching and negotiation skills
- Ease in relationship building between different functional areas
- Ability to structure and organise
- Communicate effectively especially willingness to share knowledge and experience
- Professional attitude
- Good English & German language skills, both verbal and written
- experienced consultant who likes to drive project groups as interim manager
Knowledge of (Nice to have)
- French language skills
- Romanian language skills
- 8-10 years of experience in a technical environment and/or technical product design
- Good knowledge in Systems Engineering, Electronics and High Frequency Engineering
- Basic knowledge in Software
