Sales Manager DACH (home base)We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious international telecommunications company to join their business in DACH regions to be based ideally in Germany.

Main responsibilities:
- Developing new business opportunities and
- Progressing opportunities through the sales cycle and closing business in line with forecasts, plans and targets.
- Demonstrating a complete approach to business operations (forecast, quarterly commit, pipeline development).
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
- Building relationships with all layers of potential customers.
- Creating and running account strategies.
- Working closely and effectively with internal and external parties in order to build solutions
- Gathering market and customer information and providing insight to future buying trends.
- Representing the organization at trade exhibitions and events.
Qualifications and competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or any related field.
- 3+ years sales and account management experience in wireless internet industry.
- Work independently to meet agreed sales targets in line with company strategy.
- Experienced in selling into large accounts and understanding their buying cycles.
- Sound knowledge in selling complex solutions with focus on microwave radio technology.
- Experienced in channel business management and developing marketing strategies therefore.
- Excellent communication/presentation/negotiation skills.
- Must exhibit the ability to think strategically and demonstrate initiative.
- Ability to work under pressure in a “result focused” environment.
- Able to travel 50% of the time.
- Fluent English and German.
