Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,für unseren Endkunden mit Sitz in Köln, suchen wir:
The Senior Regional Communication manager is the point of contact for customer business stakeholders, including, and to a large extent the Leadership Team, with regards to the definition and implementation of the regional communication strategy.
Tasks:
• PARTNERS with the business to define and roll-out the most appropriate ways to support the communication and promotion of the activities of internal clients in line with customer’s strategic priorities in a transformation context
• ADVISES and SUPPORTS regional leaders in their communication efforts
• PARTNERS more specifically with the HR department to define its internal communication strategy through the creation and roll-out of a dedicated communication plan as part of the overall internal communication strategy.
• As part of this, the Senior Regional Communication Manager oversees the management of the Scope engagement survey and the production of the associated communication and participates to the social communication strategy
• SUPPORTS as needed customer’s regional promotional communication actions towards the customer partners (launch of products and services, enhancement of business partnership with OpCos)
• MANAGES customer’s regional internal communication tools (ONE intranet, weekly newsletter, communication toolkits for managers, events)
• LIAISES with customer’s regional counterparts or correspondents as needed to ensure internal communication actions highlight the convergence and alignment we are looking to promote and encourage at customer’s (Communication Target Operating Model implementation)
• MANAGES the regional customer’s communication team and external providers to ensure high quality deliverables are made available in a timely and organized fashion
• PARTICIPATES in the customer’s global communication efforts (escalation of key achievements, participation in common editorial committee, joint responsibility for ONE intranet, CR week)
Technical & professional skills:
• Understanding of business and strategic stakes while being hands-on
• Ability to analyse a business situation and make communication recommendations
• Excellent writing skills
• Digital-savviness
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, meet deadlines
• Communication skills (definition of communication plans, creation of communication kits, ability to adjust tools to target audiences?)

Reporting line:
• Full line reporting to the Global customer’s Head of Communication and CR who is based in France with functional reporting into the local HR Department Head
Language Requirements:
• Local language German for Germany + English fluent (mandatory)
