Our energy client in Bavaria is looking for a Business Analyst digital transformation (f/m) starting 2018.
Your Tasks:
- Transforming business ideas to IT solutions in close cooperation with your team members as well as business and IT stakeholders
- Gathering user stories / business requirements of use cases that are being implemented, in close operational alignment with the business use case owner and the development team
- Assessing priorities of user stories with the business and product owner
- Actively participate in and contribute to a DevOps / Agile Scrum team, which is based in the Netherlands and of which you will be the representative in Germany on an operational level, together with the solution architect who is also based in Germany
Your profile:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven capabilities in gathering business requirements and translation to user stories
- Experienced in the energy sector
- Proven experience in agile working environments
- Experience in big data/data analysis environment optional
- Fluency in German and English, both orally and in writing
- Strong self-organizing capabilities are essential given the geographical distance between team members
- Focus on understanding business demands, since you will be the interface between development team and German business
- Able to fulfil a senior role in cooperating with other disciplines and transfer of knowledge to junior staff
