Site Solution ManagerWe are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious international telecommunications company to join their business in Germany.
Position Title: Site Solution Manager
Position Type: Fixed Term Contract

Main responsibilities:
- Lead team to achieve site design and OP-PO target;
- Provide expert level advice and consultancy to our client’si Project Teams in the field of site design, site OP-PO works.
- Ensure that site designs, construction and electrical standards and specifications are agreed with the customer and partners to avoid argument in between.
- Review and approve alternative files proposed by suppliers and customers
- Ensure the site designs are in line with customers’ requirement and standard of the operation and maintenance
- Ensure that site designs are compliant with local Health and Safety requirements
- Provide & review & negotiate the order proposal on both partner and customer sides according to contract for project profit
Qualifications and competencies:
- A qualified engineer with a minimum Bachelor degree in Telecom or Structural or Civil Engineering
- A minimum 5 years experience in managing site design of the telecoms industry, gained working for a Design Consultancy, Equipment Vendor or Operator
- Proficient in working tools such as AUTOCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- An excellent understanding of Telecom solution, e.g antenna, RRU, feeder, equipment, towers, antenna support structures etc
- Experience of ensuring quality through design and designing within Health and Safety guidelines
- Good negotiation skills to be able to influence the decision of discussions with customers and suppliers
- A good communicator, fluent in German and English able to clearly convey meaning.
- Experience working in multi cultural teams.
