Für meinen Kunden in München suche ich aktuell einen Interimmanager HR Informationssysteme.

Aufgaben:
*Take over responsibility as Service Manager for the HR IT applications to internal users and external stakeholders.
*Assure seamless operations in accordance to the defined service levels, by taking over full responsibility for all service processes (incident & problem management as well as access management) including business continuity.
*Monitor system parameters and relevant interfaces (continuous health check)
*Responsible for service lifecycle management by preparation and attendance of release changes and patches in collaboration with the external provider
*Monitor, enhance and improve standard process for user support and authorizations (access right management).
*Support periodic preparation activities (e.g. upload forms and targets) for HR Business
*Follow the product developments and share information about new features and processes to the HRIS Expert and to key users (explain/educate new processes)
*Actively support projects and changes concerning HRIS by conversion of business requirements into technical implementation concepts and own configuration activities or coordination of third party implementation partner and functional testing.
*Develop and maintain technical documentation
*Identify and communicate potential for leaner and more efficient operational processes
*Provide standard reports to HR Community
*Coordinate vendors (system related) and 3rd level issue resolution

Skills:
*Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German language required
*Ability to provide customer service through collaboration and partnership with both HR and IT colleagues
*In depth working knowledge of HR processes and systems
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team environment with multiple priorities

Rahmenbedingungen:
Start: September/Oktober 2017
Laufzeit: 6 Monate
Auslastung: 4 Tage pro Woche
Einsatzort: München
