Sound knowledge of cloud-based HCM / Human Resources Information Systems (must have!)
Project experience in the implementation of cloud-based HR solutions.
Knowledge of the Talent Management System Cornerstone is an advantage.
Knowledge of IT, respectively experience in the combination of IT, HR and project management.
Organization and project management skills
Analytical competences
Very good communication skills
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English is required
Aufgaben:
Hands-on project management during the implementation of a global HR IT systems.
Sparring partnership for HR, mapping of deepened HR processes.
Collecting requirements of the involved business units
Managing definition of interfaces.
Testing, preparing test cases, creating test scenarios.
Classic project management.
Coordination of project goals.
Create status reports and documentation.
Project organisation.
Organisation and conducting of project meetings, meetings and appointments.
Coordination and communication internally and externally.
Beginn: ab sofort, Dauer: Ende März 2018 (Umfang 50 - 60%), + Option, Gebiet: Essen
