Beschreibung
The project is about regulatory requirements, esp. MAR, in the Commodity Sector. For this, a deep understanding of Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) and MiFID II (impacting MAR as well as other regulatory requirements) is needed.
Detailed knowledge of Engery Trading as well as Wholesale Energy Markets is necessary to map business activities to the regulatory requirements.
Requested is a thorough business analysis based on a sound knowledge of Regulations
- analysing regulators' documentation, e.g. RTS issued by ESMA
- aligning with customer's stakeholders
The Business Analyst will collaborate with different internal stakeholders, e.g. Business Analysts, representatives from Regulatory and Legal Departments as well as Project Managers from IT.
Results have to be documented as a Bill of Requirements also providing suggestions on a most efficient implementation.
The Business Analyst is requested to work 3-4 days per week in Düsseldorf in December 2017 and January 2018. In February and March 2018 the onsite ratio is likely to reduce and work can be performed offsite to a larger extend (to be agreed with internal stakeholders).
