We are looking for a Digital Business Analyst (BA) to work on our client projects gathering and understanding the business needs of stakeholders and translating those in to deliverables to be used by development teams.
Responsibilities include:
- Determine requirements using interviews, requirements workshops, existing business process documentation, use cases, task and workflow analysis.
- Decompose high level business process in to detail, abstract up from low level information.
- Evaluate requirements to determine the real needs of the business.
- Develop business requirement documents, use cases model and process flow diagrams.
- Working closely with the Product Owners to break down requirements in an Agile/Scrum environment (Themes, Epis, Stories), managing backlogs and assisting the Scrum Master/Product Owner
- Analyse trade-offs between usability and performance needs
