Marketing Manager - Frankfurt
Product and Loyalty Marketing
Development, preparation, coordination of Product Marketing activities in partnership with the product team
Support the launch, roll out and further development of a consumer loyalty programme, working closely with the consumer loyalty team
Support the integration of merchant partners into the loyalty programme and support development of merchant promotions to drive enrollment and usage. Represent marketing in merchant negotiations where necessary
Optimise the user journey and functionality of the platform, implement programme measurement tools and manage the delivery of measurement KPI dashboard
Support the development and implementation of a CRM programme to drive activation and usage of the programme
Management of several agencies, including briefing, development of scopes, and day to day management of activities
Management of large and complex budgets
Competences:
- > 5 years' experience in a marketing/communications function within the B2B/B2B2C sector with experience in loyalty programmes would be ideal (must)
- > 5 years' sales experience would be beneficial; preferred indirect sales
- 3-5 years' experience in finance respectively credit card industry
- > 5 years' experience in product marketing and loyalty products (must) of complex/explanation requiring products (can)
- > 5 years' experience in project management (must) ideally multi-project-management
- 5 years' experience in brand management (must)
- Experience with handling of divergent (stakeholder) objectives and moving targets (must)
- Negotiation skills and persuasiveness (must)
- Strong analytical and strategical skills (must)
- Excellent communication skills in English and German are required (must)
- Fast comprehension
- Dynamic and extroverted personality
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
