Global Account Support Manager

Our client, the world’s leading provider of software and services to the automobile insurance claims industry, is seeking a Global Account Support Manager? for their business in Munich.

Position Title: Global Account Support Manager
Position Type: Permanent

Mission: Act as an extension of the Global Account Manager Director and support in managing the full lifecycle of client engagement(s) to include business consulting, strategic planning, growth, direction, marketing, sales and delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Support GAM Strategy
-- Support in developing a Strategic Account Plan that is focused on addressing the Accounts business needs to accelerate the digital GAM and SLH strategy. Working alongside internal and external executives to swiftly formulate targets and then execute.
- Support GAM Delivery
-- Support in delivering account plan, relentless focus on delivering new innovation / revenue streams / greater market share whether leveraging current business, diversifying into new areas or disrupting the market.
-- Ensure successful developments and deployments of SLH offerings. Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the account
-- Support in driving competitive advantage through differentiated customer value propositions. Ensure the identification and effective exploitation of cross-business opportunities for business growth, synergy and/or scale economies.

Qualifications:
- Track record of developing strong and deep personal relationships.
- Digital/Technology / software experience on varied multi-dimensional assignments
- Must have demonstrated superb relationship management and customer management skills, agile at learning the client’s business issues and aligning solutions to them
- Knowledge of finance, negotiation experience, contract management, project management
- Fluent in German and English. Any additional language would be considered a plus
- Able to travel and arrive ready to deliver
