Global Campaign Planning Manager | Contract | Germany | Day Rate DOE | ASAP Start | 6 months

Our client is an iconic global fashion and sports brand who has partnerships with leading sports teams, global superstars and fashion designers who are at the forefront of Digital.

As the Global Campaign Planning Manager, you will work closely with multiple BU, ensuring all brand plans and digital calendar projects are delivered in a timely manner. You will also drive global strategy for future digital calendar campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy and Priorities

  • Leading the annual priorities for the Global Digital Planning & Campaign Management team, whilst following the companies global strategic direction
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Global Planning & Campaign Management team
  • Lead the partnership with other BU within the group to drive cross-category alignment on calendar and channel priorities
  • Be an ambassador for the brand team, driving consumer-centric mindset and an attitude of collaboration, creativity and confidence

Digital Calendar Deliverables

  • Lead the development of a seasonal Global Digital Calendar framework to drive consumer-centric thinking and inform channel and touchpoint requirements for the seasonal calendar
  • Construct and populate the global priorities within the digital touchpoint calendar in preparation for brand milestones
  • Partner with BU's to develop guidelines based on input from markets, inline with company frameworks, driving market readiness and on-time delivery of digital campaigns
  • Oversee optimisation of web-based digital brand calendar planning and management system

Seasonal Planning & Briefing

  • Manage the Digital Touchpoint Calendar planning cycle with Global BU's to populate it, on time, against plan
  • Use the Digital Touchpoint Calendar as a key tool to align all brand functions behind a clearly defined commercial calendar
  • Partner with BU's with the briefing of BU CTC and Brand Management on seasonal Digital Brand Calendar Framework to ensure consumer and commercial Digital needs are considered as part of the seasonal Brand Calendar workshops and Priority Brand Calendar construct
