PMO now required by our global Client for a 12month contract based in Zurich starting ASAP. The successful candidate will join a large Data Centre Transition programme.Tasks:
- Joint Weekly reports are complete and accurately reflect the latest position for the Tower Leads of EDC, NW, ITSM, EWP and UHD
- To chase all client’s outstanding actions that need to be completed to reach milestones
- The Blocker, Risk and Action logs are chased up and ensure their status is up to date, also ensure any work arounds if required are in place
- Drive the fortnightly Risk Workshops for reporting each week to the CIO and the weekly governance meetings
- To own and manage the Program Management Quality Plan
- Be adaptive to the changing needs in the program and comfortable in taking on additional roles
- Be proactive is supporting the Transition Manager and the BAU Manager who both directly report to the Transition Director
Desired experience:
- Strong track record working in PMO environment with multiple projects completed
- Strong experience working in Data Centre / Infrastructure Transition Projects
Please note that experience of Data Centre / infrastructure transition projects is critical, and candidates without this experience will not be considered.
