I am currently recruiting for global telecoms consultancy who are looking for a STB Test Coordinator with extensive experience in Set-top boxes for a long-term project based in Germany.
responsibilities/experiences:
STB testing knowledge exposure. Organize multi country TFTs. ( Trial field tester) Take care of managing the TFT, TFT field user survey and E2E SI for the assigned countries dealing with stakeholders via reporting, analysis of the defects reported, ensure prioritization, follow-ups and Triage. Will work closely with STB TFT country testers to monitor the country TFT and provide all management support. Seek inputs from STB TFT Tester, field user surveys, E2E SI to prepare TFT reports. Run survey within TFT field user groups to capture user experience inputs on the STB and ensure translation to JIRA. Will travel to different EU country as per business need.
