• Educate our development teams, product owners, scrum masters and stakeholders on lean-agile principles and practices
• Coach our teams and roles in becoming more self-organized and collaborating in an effective way
• Identify organizational weaknesses and impediments and support our leaders in resolving them
• Analyze our end to end processes and guide us in improving them
• Advance our scaled agile way of workingQualifications
• Depth knowledge of lean-agile principles and practices and a multi-year experience in coaching
• Excellent knowledge while having developed skills in facilitation, training, mentoring and professional coaching
• Understanding what motivates a team and you can help lead them to a common goal
• Excellent communication skills in Englisch and German languageApply
