Beschreibung

My client is looking for a Service Manager who has also has strong Project Management experience for an ongoing project and transformation in Dusseldorf.

The ideal candidate will fit the following criteria.

  • Experience of both Project Management (Prince 2) and ITSM (ITIL)
  • Experience of implementing BMC Remedy
  • Extremely client facing
  • Hands-on experience of Project Managing multiple Service Management transformations experience of multi-workstream Programme deliveries, and encompassing all aspects of the Service Management life cycle.
  • Experience in managing deliverables alongside and via 3rd party vendors (in a high profile and/or technically challenging environment)
  • Practical knowledge and application of ITIL service management processes
  • Experience of working in multi-sourced and complex client environment
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills, with well-structured and analytical approach to reporting.
  • Ability to identify and prioritise Stakeholders, build strong relationships, and tailor communication to meet the stakeholders needs, with proven experience of influencing project teams and key stakeholders.

While the project is English speaking, its also 5 days a week on-site at the moment, so we would need someone who can commit to at least 6 months Monday-Friday in Dusseldorf.
