Beschreibung

Task:
This resource request is for a Project Leader within the Business Technology group for a Document Management System implementation project. The individual will be responsible for the following activities on the project:

- Coordination of all project resources to ensure timely delivery of project activities
- Maintenance of project plan, managing the project according to that plan, anticipating deviations to that plan, and estimating any corresponding impact on budget and resources
- Coordinating the activities of project resources according to the project plan and providing oversight for timely completion of those activities at the right quality level
- Management of core team and senior project stakeholders via project steering committee meetings, core team meetings, etc. to ensure alignment, escalation, and resolution of any risks or issues arising on the project
- Responsible for maintenance of project budget and financials
- Responsible for coordinating the resolution of all project activities, leading issues to a successful resolution, and taking ownership for the responsibility for the delivery of some of the activities
- Managing project risks and preparing the right response and mitigation approach for these

Requirements (Must have):
The resource should have expertise and capabilities in the following areas:

- Prior experience with Document Management Systems, including understanding the business processes these systems support
- Comprehensive understanding of the system validation and qualification process within regulated industries
- Prior experience in this validation process, with close knowledge of system testing and qualification, the steps involved in this, and the approach for ensuring the necessary rigor during such a process
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Effective in managing vendors
- Ability to react quickly and appropriately as required; knowing when to change the approach and when to persist with chosen approach
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral), along with presentation skills
- Ability to deliver messages concisely and in a structured manner
- Solid organization and coordination skills
- Self-motivated and ability to handle multiple tasks and challenges with ease
- Detail and quality oriented, with excellent execution skills
