Project Support Officer
Project Support Officer urgently required for interesting contract in Munich, Germany
6 month rolling contract based in Munich, Germany
The Project Support Officer will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
* Ability to build working relationships
* Support the Head of AGCS SMO on overall project organizational, documentation and communication across AGCS landscape.
* Assist and support SMO with status updates of various projects, project plans and structure
* Follow-up with necessary stakeholders and update plans
* Share & communicate the updates with respective stakeholders
* Preparation of slides and align with necessary parties for finalizing slides
* Capturing and share the MOM
* Follow-up on action items after meetings/discussions
* Meeting with AGCS logistics and supplies teams
* Preparation of any communication and documentation
* Other ad-hoc tasks as required by PSO
Other Skills
* Excellent IT infrastructure knowledge
* Good PMO exposure and knowledge
* Experience in working on Global IT environments
* A flexible decision-maker with excellent analytical, negotiation and strong communication skills
* Fluent in English and German
