Beschreibung

Für unseren Kunden aus dem Versicherungsumfeld suchen wir einen Program Manager (m/w) der den Rollout der HR Transition unterstützt.

Tasks:
Program Management:
- Plan, lead and execute rollouts of HRT Program (5-10 countries per year) with all projects assigned to him/her with support from on-site country managers
- Including Resource planning, risk- and issue management, set-up of required environments, assure of being in time/budget/quality production readiness, roll-out planning
- Test planning and execution for testing/ performance testing, overall coordination of UAT phase
- Validation and challenge of business requirements and the related delivery
Stakeholder Management:
- Ensure engagement with stakeholders throughout the Rollout, keeping them informed of progress and issues
- Ensure continued cooperation from stakeholders towards successful completion of the Rollout
-Set-up and run relevant steering bodies
- Establish Program Governance structure
Project Management:
- Apply project management methodology
Portfolio Planning and Demand Management:
- Involvement and contribution into portfolio planning
- In phase of Program approval right of Change requests
Release Team Leadership:
- Build, manage and motivate the Project/Delivery team. This will be virtual teams across multiple projects, lines of function and countries

Skills:
Several years of experience within global program/project management
Experience with roll out and migration projects
Experience with integration of HR-IT systems would be beneficial
SCRUM experience
Strong track record of managing projects/tasks in an international environment, experience of working in a global team, remotely steering and developing team members abroad
Current knowledge of IT trends and best practices as well as related enterprise-grade technology
Proven and professional communication skills, ability to contribute to discussions on management level
Strong analytical skills & interest in understanding the overall context, thinking & collaborating outside the box
Well-structured, independent and reliable working style; ability to manage multiple efforts with competing priorities and with strong focus on results
Open and proactive mindset, team spirit, self-motivation and flexibility are required
Influencing and relationship management skills to moderate and resolve conflicting interests to achieve best possible solutions
Very good command of the English language (verbal and written) is mandatory. Other languages, especially German, would be beneficial
