Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen IT Service Product Coordinator (m/w)
Aufgaben:
You create presentations, which outline complex matters in an easy and understandable way to demonstrate aspects of the different solutions to stakeholders and customer locations.
You support the rollout of the Systems Management Product SCCM 2012/vNext. You can explain and manage the various tasks of rollout plan to the affected customer locations. In addition, you support the local implementation, coordinate and track the task fulfillments and escalate in time and appropriate manner in case of issues to the according escalation level.
You support with the implementation of Location Readiness for Windows 10 at the respective customer sites.
You bring complex or already escalated incidents to a satisfying solution. In case of need you create case reviews and proposals for action plans for sustainable improvements, which you track and document on your own.
Required Skills:
-Degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Business Engineering or comparable
-At least three years professional experience in IT
-Experience in designing and implementing IT Client Services
-ITIL and process design / reengineering knowledge
-Experience in Client Infrastructure Management and backend systems
-Senior SME knowledge Systems Management SCCM
-Knowledge of MS Office Products (SharePoint, Powerpoint, Excel)
-Good English (spoken and written)
-Communicative, structured and team-minded personality
-Proactive and with a high level of commitment and determination
