For our client nearby Karlsruhe we are looking for a Defect Manager (m/f) Automotive.
Aufgaben:
- Responsible for receiving, recording and tracking of Defects
- Serve the team in dispatching defects and facilitate the team to take decisions
- Priorize Defects fixing with the help of project management
- Track and Push Defect Tickets
- Clarifying details about the status of a Defect, root causes or a resulting change
- Participation in weekly team meetings / planning meetings
- Provide weekly status reports about Defects internally and to our customer projects
- Support of Defect handling with the customer projects
- Respect quality requirements
- Respect Scrum processes
- Reviewing and improving of processes
- Status analysis for projects and teams
- Providing weekly status to project lead
- Support the Product Owner
- Supporting the team for clarification of process issues, missing information of defect description, clarification of content, clarification of requirements
Skills:
- Experienced in the area of embedded or automotive software development
- Expert or Master in handling of Defects / Changes in software development cycles
- Knowledge in usage of Defect / Change tracking system
- Scrum knowledge is an advantage
- RTC knowledge is an advantage
- Fluent english in both written and spoken
