Business Analyst ITIL/ITSM (BMC) - Dusseldorf, Germany
Required: experience gathering detailed functional and data/configuration requirements for a COTS product.
Preferably: with ITIL/ITSM process and/or for any ITSM solution
Optional: with BMC ITSM experience.
(Ideally German speaker) but not a must
COTS: Commercial Off-The-Shelf,
If you are not based in Dusseldorf that fine, so long as you are happy to work there Sunday to Thursday, Friday can often be worked from home, depending on deadlines an workload.
Flights and hotel are paid for (fully reimbursed).
NOTE:
Unless you have a German registered limited company you will have to work via an umbrella company to be paying tax and social security in country. TOTAL is 34% tax/social security, the rest get paid to you.
