Workday Implementation Lead (Berlin, Germany)
I'm currently looking for a Workday Implementation Lead to lead and support a Workday implementation across Europe for a leading brand with their head office based in Berlin, Germany.
Required Experience- At least 5 years' experience of leading ERP or HCM system implementations from end-to-end (Prince2 or another project management qualification would be preferred)
- 2 to 3 years' Workday experience, having previously worked to business case requirements and delivered against them
- Experienced managing the delivery of the full project life cycle covering the overall, planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of multiple concurrent projects
- Experienced in creating and developing project plans, resource allocation and managing deliverables with multiple stakeholders to accomplish project objectives.
- Experienced leading multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- The individual will need to be able to communicate in German - both verbally and written
