Test Engineer/ Manager (m/f)

For our client (insurance sector) is  Experis  looking for a Test Engineer/ Manager (m/f) at Düsseldorf (no remote).

Working closely with the development, you will be responsible for

• Supervision of tests throughout all stages of software development
• Continuous development of test environments and test cases
• Planning, specification, implementation and documentation of the tests
• Specification and implementation of test cases and test concepts (test automation)
• Quality management, troubleshooting, documentation and fault analysis
• Defining, creating and managing the test cases and test concepts
• Ensuring testing standards and conventions are adhered to throughout the software development

Required skills:

• Extensive testing experience
• Proven experience in test management of large projects (ideally in insurances or in the financial sector)
• Proven experience in release management, test strategies, test concepts, improving test processes, test cases, fault analysis
• Good knowledge of configuration management, test automation, test data management
• Experience in using test tools like HP UFT, HP Loadrunner, TOSKA, SQS Professional, SoapUI, Selenium, SAP, eCATT
• Proven experience in using test management tools like HP ALM 11/12 or SAP Solution Manager
• Knowledge of HANA, SQL or MySQL and Java, .Net or SAP ABAP desirable
• ISTQB Advanced Certificate in Test Management desirable
• Professional know-how in insurances or financial sector would be perfect
• Very good skills of the German and English language

Duration: November 2017 ? end of January 2018 (option on extension)

Location: Düsseldorf (on site presence required)
