The I&C-Project-Manager has to coordinate the Integration/Implementation of Sites in a Region
Responsible for agreed rollout results and implementation.
Key Tasks:
Drives the execution of the Consolidation Sites in the regions
Directs all project related activities to ensure time schedules are achieved and all quality standards are implemented
Control of internal and external resources to meet project requirements
Communicates with customer on project-management level
Development and maintenance of required process, associated documentation and standards as described in Nokia Program Lifecycle Process

RO-performance as defined
Keep relevant quality standards
No H&S-issues
Keep the agreed budget
Key Competencies:
Excellent experiences in Rollout-projects including process-management
Good knowledge in project management, Nokia-PDM-certification or external certification recommended
Good Product-knowledge and -experiences about NOKIA Equipment
Developed communication skills and leadership-knowledge and -experiences
Good teamwork-behaviour
Fluent German and English
High level in working with MS Office (including MS-project), Internet applications, IPM
Interfaces:
Reports to the GU7-Regional Manager
Subcontractor project-management
Nokia-internal interfaces to Regional Organisation and BO
