Your Skills
- Extensive background in SAP SuccessFactors consulting
- Expert in SuccessFactors Architecture
- Experience in negotiation of license agreements
Your Tasks
- Advisory for SAP Success Factors selection and architecture in an Hybrid Model (Success Factors + HCM)
- Support in definition of the Hybrid Model for interfacing Success Factors for Talent Management to an existing classic SAP HCM
- Definition of architecture and interfaces
- Support in negotiation of license agreement
- Support in evaluation and advisory of SaaS & Cloud usage for Success Factors
