Für unseren Kunden aus dem Versicherungsumfeld suchen wir einen Senior Business Analyst mit SAP-Kenntnissen (m/w) in Frankfurt mit geklärtem Sozialversicherungsstatus (bestandene Prüfung der DRV nicht ausreichend, entweder Angestellte eines Systemhauses oder eigene GmbH oder ähnliche Firmierung mit sozialversicherungspflichtigen Angestellten).Tasks:
Liaise with AGI internal business departments (HR department) to gain an understanding of HR data governance and processes
Gather business requirements for additional functionality and interfaces of Human Capital Management System
Translate and document requirements (technical specifications) from business for developers and other stakeholders
Manage external suppliers to ensure successful delivery of products and services required by business clients (Application Management, Hosting and Infrastructure)
Tracking services quality delivered by vendors are acceptable and follow up with prompt action/measures with provider should quality be under-par.
Trouble shoot on connectivity, server set-up, performance, ….
Skills:
Fluency in English is a must-have !
Business analysis experience in IT projects, including but not limited to requirement analysis, solution proposal and delivery of associated documentations.
HR data knowledge
Good understanding of SAP HCM (PA, OM, ..) and SAP Basis experience incl. customizing (SPRO)
SAP HR Renewal
SAP Business Warehouse and Business Objects
Good understanding of data structures, storage and interfaces based on file based (sFTP) and WebServices
Experienced in software delivery process – business process analysis, requirements gathering and documentation, vendor management, testing, GoLive preparations, support
