Manage I&C in a Region
The I&C-Project-Manager has to coordinate the Integration/Implementation of Sites in a Region.
Responsible for agreed rollout results and implementation.
Key Tasks:
Drives the execution of the Consolidation Sites in the regions
Directs all project related activities to ensure time schedules are achieved and all quality standards are implemented
Control of internal and external resources to meet project requirements
Communicates with customer on project-management level
Development and maintenance of required process, associated documentation and standards as described

RO-performance as defined
Keep relevant quality standards
No H&S-issues
Keep the agreed budget
Key Competencies
Excellent experiences in Rollout-projects including process-management
Good knowledge in project management, PDM-certification or external certification recommended
Good Product-knowledge
Developed communication skills and leadership-knowledge and -experiences
Good teamwork-behavior
Fluent German and English
High level in computer working with MS Office (including MS-project), Internet applications, IPM
