For one of our clients we are looking for a Consultant (m/f) - Enterprise Search in Dusseldorf.Problem:
•Limited familiarity with / communication about current enterprise search functionalities already available at client.
•Some limitations in the current version of enterprise search (e.g. only limited search scope within Office 365; “auto complete” of search results not visible).
Objectives:
•All key client internal information sources to be connected (e.g. all O365 applications); have “tools” as separate search category to link to key tools of the client
•User friendliness & speed / performance similar to current state-of-the art search engines (e.g. “auto complete” as in Google; “sponsored links”)
•Proactive communication & training about client's enterprise search
Desired results:
•Higher search efficiency (more relevant, faster, and increased number of search results)
•Less time used for finding relevant information, hence reduced “search time”
•Enhance (online) information access for all colleagues
•Make collaboration within and beyond faster and more efficient
•Increase data quality of to be connected source systems / interconnected systems (tags, meta data, content): no editorial work
•No clean up of historic/old/not used data in to be connected source systems
•No technical upgrades/updates/improvements for to be connected source systems
