RED's key client is currently looking for a HRIS Project Management to work on a 9 month contract. This is highly likely to be extended.
The role will oversee the implementation and deployment of SuccessFactors Talent Technology and Global Process Model within defined geographic region.
Due to the complexity, it is necessary to have knowledge within SuccessFactors or a similar cloud based HRIS solution
This is an urgent requirement. The client can organise telephone interviews immediately.
Locations can be any of the following: Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, France or Russia
Languages: Fluent English
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 9 month initially + extension
Successful Candidates will have:
* 5+ year's experience within Project Management with at least one global and complex project.
* Extensive knowledge with HR cloud solutions with SuccessFactors preferable
* Strong knowledge of Talent/HR processes
* Extensive knowledge of SaaS Talent, HR Technology in the following areas: HR and Payroll, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting
* Experience with business process design.
* Excellent Communication Skills
